1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of billetmafia.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Billet Mafia is a trade name of Sharpe Performance Inc., a California corporation (“Billet Mafia,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Products — Off-Road Use Only
All products sold by Billet Mafia are intended for off-road, racing, and competition use only. They are not designed, tested, or certified for use on public roads or highways, and are not legal for sale or use on emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public roads. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether a product complies with applicable federal, state, and local law before purchase or installation.
3. Installation and Fitment
Products are sold without installation. Verifying correct fitment and application for your vehicle is the buyer’s responsibility. Billet Mafia is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misapplication, or modification of any product. Professional installation is recommended.
4. Limited warranty
Billet Mafia warrants its products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear, damage from improper installation, misuse, racing damage, modification, or use outside the product’s intended application.
The sole remedy under this warranty is replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. To make a warranty claim, email sales@billetmafia.com with your order number and photos of the part.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not returnable or refundable. Specifications for custom work must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Billet Mafia is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied specifications or measurements.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Some items are available on backorder. Backordered items ship as they become available, generally within two weeks. We will notify you if an order will be delayed beyond that window.
7. Shipping and Risk of Loss
See our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, and delivery information. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product designs, photographs, descriptions, logos, and text — is the property of Sharpe Performance Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Unauthorized use of our product images, descriptions, or copy in commercial listings is prohibited and will be pursued.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sharpe Performance Inc. arising from any product or from these terms is limited to the purchase price of the product at issue.
Sharpe Performance Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, engine damage, lost time, towing costs, downtime, lost profits, or personal injury.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these terms or from any purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
You and Sharpe Performance Inc. each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Venue for any permitted court proceeding is Stanislaus County, California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
