Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original unopened packaging. Items showing signs of installation, test fitting, or modification are not eligible.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Final sale. Not returnable or refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Waived if the return is our error — wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping on approved returns. Once authorized, we’ll send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Issued to the original payment method and original purchaser only. Processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@billetmafia.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery with photos.
